Our QC Process
1. Incoming QC
Webbing denier/width check, hardware plating and dye-lot verification.
2. In-Line QC
Patrol checks on stitching density and bar-tack placement each shift.
3. Lab Testing
Batch samples tested in our in-house lab (see list below).
4. Final Inspection
AQL sampling on finished goods before packing.
5. Documentation
Test records and inspection reports shipped with your order.
Key Tests We Run

Third-party testing (e.g. SGS/Intertek) can be arranged on request at cost. We state only what we can verify — ask us for current reports for your target market.
