Sample Policy

We keep sampling simple and transparent, so you can evaluate real product quality before committing to production.

💵 Who Pays What

Sample fee + courier charge are covered by the customer. For custom projects, a sampling (tooling/development) fee is quoted separately based on design complexity.

⏱️ Lead Time

Stock styles with your label: 3–5 days. Custom colors/logos: 5–7 days. Full ODM development: 10–20 days depending on tooling.

🔁 Revisions

Fit or finish adjustments after your feedback are included in the sampling round — we iterate until the sample is approved.

Note: sample fees are not automatically deducted from bulk orders; deduction is negotiated per project.
